Q: I download the WinRAR application or the Yellow Pages for Windows Application and nothing happens!

A: Downloading is only the beginning! When the files have successfully downloaded you need to unzip the files and run setup.exe. Follow the on screen instructions and this will install Cambodia Yellow Pages for Windows on your computer.

Q: Why Does the Application take so long to load?

A: Loading and preparing the large amounts of data required by the application many take up to a minute, even on high end computers. Once the application has loaded we recommend keeping it in your system tray for quick and easy access.

Q: How do I access the application from the system tray?

A: The system tray is located at the bottom right of your desktop, as shown in this screenshot:

To open your application from the system, simply left-click once  on the application icon. It should appear within a few seconds.

Q: How do I shut down the application correctly?

A: By right-clicking on the system tray icon a menu will appear, as show in this screenshot:

Choose exit and left click. A box will appear asking you if you wish to shut down the application. Click "Yes". After closing the files correctly the application will then exit.
