I visited there a few years ago. The restaurant is good. Sauna and pool fabulous.

I'm stunned: Scandic has the best sauna (wood stove!) I've ever been to outside Finland!

I have stayed here several times and believe that it is excellent value for money. The friendliness of the staff together with the cleanliness of the rooms and the swimming pool make this a great place to stay in Phnom Penh.
