I met Chove on my last trip to Cambodia (Oct/Nov 2006), highly recommended by a friend and he speaks good English and was very helpful. Although I did not buy a bike from him I will be in the near future. Good pricing and he takes care of all the licensing, this is a good thing especially for foreigners.
