We had the privilege of using Rithy Ngin's taxi services on 3 occasions during our stay in Phnom Penh. He is one of the best taxi driver's we've ever met during our travels around the world. Mr Rithy's knowledge of Phnom Penh and its attractions, budget and all other facets makes a drive with him very enriching in knowledge and experience. Excellent manners and a very good command over English, Mr Rithy is the perfect cabbie to take with, whatever the purpose of visit to the Khmer capital. Ashwin.
