This out-of-the-way corner of Phnom Penh is, like most of the Tuol Kork district, a mixed bag of villas and little shanty houses, commercial warehouses and NGO offices. Because it is not any of the main routes through the city, it is rarely seen except by those living in the area or using Street 598 as a bypass into the city.
