Though this is primarily a residential area at the southern edge of Phnom Penh, Phsar Toul Tom Poung (i.e. Russian Market) at streets 155 and 50 is perhaps the most important market for expatriates and a must see on any good tourist itinerary. Also check out the little furniture manufacture and retail shops along Monivong, opposite Boeung Trabaek High School south of street 474.
