Primarily a residential area, the lakeside of the Toul Kork district is marked by the old Tvk antenna and Water Neak Karvorn. The tower is something of a landmark as it can be seen from most of Phnom Penh and, though it can go unnoticed from the area, Wat Neak Kravorn dominates the skyline when viewed from the opposite side of Boeung Kak Lake.
