1. Background

Latelz Co Ltd. is a subsidiary of international telecom holding firm Timeturns Holdings Limited based in Cyprus, which owns several telecommunication operators and licenses within Asia and Africa. Latelz owns a license to act as a mobile telecommunication operator in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This license has been granted by the Cambodian Ministry for Post & Telecommunications (MPTC). Latelz has also been granted a Qualified Investment Project license by the Council of the Development of Cambodia

  Our mission is to become one of Cambodia’s leading mobile service providers. Using innovative products and services, we aim to provide our customers with a unique brand experience and maintain consistently high customer satisfaction level.

• 3. Products & Services

  Latelz Co., Ltd. provides through its Smart Mobile brand the following products and services:

  • SIM cards including special numbers selection service
  • High quality mobile voice calls
  • Short Messaging Service (SMS) & Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS)
  • GPRS and High Speed data access via EDGE technology
  • A broad range of Value Added Services (VAS) including ring tones (Realtones), Caller ring

  Back Tones (Smart Tunes), pictures, games, chat, videos and others

  • Missed call alert service
  • International calls through VoIP and IDD
  • International roaming

• 4. Coverage

  As per January 2010 we cover 13 provinces: Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Kompong Speu, Sihanouk, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Poi Pet, Kompong Cham, Kandal, Kompong Chhnang, Kompong Thom, Prey Veang, Svay Reang and along national roads 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7.

  The coverage area of Smart Mobile will be further expanded to at least 5 more provinces in 2010, namely Takeo, Kampot, Kep, Pursat and Kratie.

  Our Smart Store is an open and airy two-floor design completely dedicated to helping our customers get the most out of their new Smart life. As you browse around our bright and inspiring store, you will find that it is more than just a store. Inside you will find free Internet and gaming kiosks and a coffee shop where you can relax and take it all in.

  With all those unique elements in a condensed form are representing Smart Mobile in Siem Reap and in soonest time in Sihanoukville and Battambang too.
