About Us

DFDL Mekong was established in January 1995, as the first officially authorized foreign legal and tax consultancy in Cambodia. Our nine foreign advisers and ten Khmer advisers and attorneys working in the Phnom Penh office are dedicated to providing services of an international standard coupled with in-depth knowledge of the local environment. In Cambodia, DFDL Mekong is licensed as an investment company by the Council for the Development of Cambodia and the Cambodian Investment Board.

  DFDL also publishes a Weekly Law Update by email. This 3 to 8 page document provides a very up to date summary in English of the laws and regulations promulgated in Cambodia, as well as minutes from the Council of Ministers and the Cambodian Investment Board.
