Faultless. My wife and I used the company for a 9 day tour from HCMC to Hanoi and including an overnight trip on their newly commissioned junk -"Ginger" on Halong Bay. Their staff and arrangements were first rate. The whole trip both land and by Junk was faultless and will be memorable for a long time.. Highly recommended as a tour group.
